I produce in a large area of geographical indication.
I have production restrictions though wish to stay in tune with the market, while remaining in the context of the collective brand and respecting the specifications of the geographical indication.

The purpose of Vivelys is to optimise production methods in the vineyard and in oenology. For me, it represents a vinification solution based on my real needs. At the same time it is sufficiently flexible in that it can be adapted to the future evolution of my product.
