The random access memory of the VisiO2 machines enables you to retain calibration values for tank volumes and doses for around 1 month when the device is kept switched on.
So that this information is saved permanently, you need to leave the equipment switched on all year round (doses to 0).
Nevertheless, if, for one reason or another, the equipment needs to be switched off for a long period, you will need to reprogramme its parameters using the following procedure:
Stage 1
- Press Shift + Menu simultaneously
- The screen will display:
MENU SYSTEM
PASSWORD ******
- Press “MOD”
- Enter the code: 8 5 7 4 and confirm
- The screen will display:
CONFIDENTIAL MODE
Op Confid
- Press the right arrow
- A red indicator will light up above ° SYST
MENU
Stage 2
D1/D5 Visio
- Press the right arrow, then
- Scroll down with the arrow to the “Set CALIBRATION” display
- With the left arrow go to “CALIBRATION”: the message “A1 CALIBRATION 1 hl 000” will be displayed.
- Press the “MOD” key
- Type the calibration value (e.g. 500) – Confirm with “ENTER”
- Scroll down with the arrow. “A1 CALIBRATION 2 hl 000” will be
displayed.
- Re-enter the calibration values for the five AV1 dosers in the same way.
If you have the AV2 extension: Press "D6/D12 VISIO 2" and enter the values in the same way.
The procedure is the same for boxes AV3 and AV4.
Stage 3
When ALL the calibration figures have been entered:
- Press Shift + Menu simultaneously
- The screen will display:
CONFIDENTIAL MODE
Op Confid
- Press the left arrow to exit confidential mode
- The red indicator above the menu should switch off.
